- Work with owners on managing financial health of buildings
- Provide transparency with cloud-based technology for owners to make payments, view outstanding balances and communicate maintenance requests
- Collect monthly maintenance and contact owners about delinquencies
- Consistently visit buildings to ensure buildings are in pristine condition
- Actively prevent violations on properties to reduce unnecessary expenses
- Provide monthly financial statements and prepare annual budgets
- Investigate daily cash flow to make sure it aligns with budget projections
- Manage entire onboarding process for new apartments owners and subletters by providing thorough background checks
- Leverage relationships with vendors to receive best service
- Schedule monthly meetings and communicate with building regarding any updates in the building
- Work with accountants and mortgage brokers to ensure owners are receiving the best ROI for their apartments
