Weber Realty Management does not represent purchasers or sellers in real estate sales transactions and does not offer home-purchase brokerage services.
Pursuant to New York Real Property Law § 442-h, RWeber Realty Management publishes the following standardized operating procedures concerning prospective homebuyers:
- Identification: Not applicable. Weber Realty Management does not provide homebuyer brokerage services and therefore does not require prospective homebuyers to provide identification.
- Exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreement: Not applicable. Weber Realty Management does not represent prospective homebuyers and does not require an exclusive buyer-broker agreement.
- Mortgage Pre-approval: Not applicable. Weber Realty Management does not provide homebuyer brokerage services and does not require prospective homebuyers to obtain a mortgage pre-approval.
If Weber Realty Management begins providing real estate sales or homebuyer representation services in the future, revised standardized operating procedures will be adopted and posted before those services are offered.
Weber Realty Management applies all policies and provides all services uniformly and without discrimination based on any characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
